Agreement to these terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of truesellerprofit.com and its calculators, content, and related tools (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Calculator estimates and no professional advice
The Service provides planning estimates based on values you enter and general formulas described on each calculator page. Results may differ from actual outcomes because of taxes, rounding, refunds, fee tiers, country rules, category charges, currency treatment, provider changes, attribution, and costs not entered.
The Service does not provide financial, investment, accounting, tax, legal, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for checking formulas, current platform fees, applicable laws, and business decisions with qualified professionals where appropriate.
Your inputs, saved comparisons, and share links
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information you enter. Scenario Lab comparisons may be saved in your browser. A shared scenario URL contains the scenario data in its URL fragment, so anyone with that link may access it. Do not enter or share confidential, personal, payment, account, or regulated information.
Acceptable use
You may use the Service for lawful personal or business planning. You must not:
- Use the Service to violate law, infringe rights, deceive others, or facilitate harmful activity.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, bypass, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the website or related systems.
- Introduce malicious code, automate abusive traffic, or interfere with another user’s access.
- Misrepresent calculator outputs as guaranteed results or professional advice supplied by us.
- Copy or republish substantial parts of the site in a way that infringes applicable intellectual-property rights.
Intellectual property
The True Seller Profit name, branding, original interface, explanatory content, and site code are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership. Limited normal use of the public calculators is permitted, but broader reuse may require written permission.
Third-party services, links, and advertising
The Service may link to marketplace documentation, payment providers, shipping services, analytics providers, or other third-party sites. It may also display third-party advertising.
